Even after a new project’s one-year workmanship warranty is complete, we are still here to service and make sure your system is running as intended. Below you will find costs for various service requests for both maintenance and value added services we provide to further improve a system.

ON-SITE SERVICE CALL

An on-site service call is simply when it is necessary for us to send a truck with 1 or 2 service techs to troubleshoot or correct something happening within the system at the project location.

TRIP & TIME

Our standard service call trip charge includes the truck roll cost as well as 1 hour of initial labor. Each additional 30 minutes of labor needed above and beyond that will be billed as time and materials:

1-Man // $160 Trip + $40 per Additional 30 Min
2-Man // $270 Trip + $80 per Additional 30 Min

TRAVEL

The standard service call trip charge includes up to 1 hour round trip travel time within Fort Wayne. Additional travel time will be billed at the following:

1-Man // $40 per Additional 30 Min Total Travel Time
2-Man // $80 per Additional 30 Min Total Travel Time

REMOTE SERVICE CALL

A service call that can be performed using our Redfli Dedicated Mac Mini remote access computer system and does not require an on site technician.

TIME

Due to the service being able to be provided without a truck roll this will save you the trip charge listed in the On Site Service Call Section. Also, because we are able to start and stop the diagnosis so much easier, we are able to start billing in 30 min blocks saving the 1 hour up front hour if not needed. Below is the simple billing for a Remote Service Call.
