With the Redfli Customer Guarantee, you are assured you will love your purchase in every way possible. We give our customers the peace of mind that you can return items for any reason, opened or unopened, within 30 days for mail order and web purchases & 14 day exchange/refund policy on retail store purchases. We’ll be happy to give you an exchange or a refund for the full amount of the merchandise, not including original or return shipping. Just make sure the product is in new or like-new condition, pack it all (remote, manual, etc.) securely in the original packaging, and submit for a return authorization number (RA#) online with the link below or over the phone with one of our customer support staff in our showroom. Keep your purchase, accessories and all packing materials in new condition to avoid any restocking fees.

Refunds are issued to the same credit card, debit card, gift certificate, or other form of payment used in the original transaction. All retail store / showroom purchases require your Redfli itemized receipt for return or exchange. Purchases made through our website or by phone may also be returned to our Retail Store. Returns for purchases can be brought to our Fort Wayne showroom location.

Returns Terms & Conditions

For health reasons, in-ear headphones and other items of more personal nature that have been opened may only be exchanged if defective and for the same item. They are not open to return. Sale or discontinued items that are sold for less than full retail price are not subject to return. These sales are AS-IS. They still include a warranty if the item is new, but the ability to return the item is not available. These terms and conditions apply to website, phone and store purchases only. Third party marketplace sales are governed by their own terms and conditions and are therefore excluded. Unless specified otherwise, the customer is responsible for any and all costs associated with return shipping regardless of the reason for the return.

Steps for Returning an Item

  1. Receive a valid RA # from us over the phone or contact via our contact page.
    1. PLEASE NOTE: our Returns Receiving Department will refuse any package that does not have a valid RA#. There are no exceptions.
  2. Package up the contents of your item exactly as it came to you
    1. All returns must be packed in an outer shipping carton with valid RA # written on the outside of the shipping carton
    2. A copy of your original invoice must be included in your return package.
  3. Please ship your parcel back to us Freight Prepaid. We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service “Insured.” Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. Unless specified otherwise, customer is responsible for any and all costs associated with return shipping regardless of the reason for the return.

Shipping Policy

Most orders ship within 24 business hours of completed payment. Actual shipping time depends upon availability of items, credit verification and shipping method. Our shipping warehouse is closed on weekends. If there is a delay or back-order, you will be contacted by email or phone by our staff and will have a full disclosure on what to expect. “Business days or hours” do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. We receive regular shipments from our various manufacturers; pre-ordering items will automatically prioritize your order once we receive them.

Shipments are made to the verified address provided at checkout either on our website or through other marketplaces. This is the address that the order will be shipped to. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If the item is delivered or sent to an incorrect address provided, Redfli is not responsible for recovery of the item. Once the item ships from our shop its destination is set. If the buyer requests a change of address for the shipment after the item has shipped, there will be a $25 change fee collected.

Sale Policy

All sales on sale items are final. They are not eligible for return or exchange. How do you know if a product is a sale item? Sale items are clearly marked with the “sale” icon. Items marked with this sale icon are governed by these sale policy guidelines and stipulations. In addition, sale items will be shipped via economy shipping that will be determined by us.
